We create motions and petitions to promote our plans and urge all political parties to include equitable mobility in their party platforms.

Our Story

We are citizens with a passion for aviation and sustainability! Started in 2022, we have the dream of making Canada the first country to leverage advancements in air mobility, such as drones and air taxis to improve mobility equity.

Since our inception, we have conducted studies, written petitions, and drafted motions in collaboration with public and private community led organizations.

Our organization is called Grey Jay as a homage to Canada's unofficial national bird but also Greyhound bus services that provided affordable mobility for Canadians during the past 50 years.

Founder, Executive Director

Elham Boozarjomehri

Elham is an aerospace engineer in Montreal. She is passionate about democracy and sustainable aviation. She is always on the lookout for a good podcast.

Executive Assistant

Loraine Bugtong

Loraine lives in summer capital of the Philippines, Baguio, with family ties to Montreal. She likes handcrafted art and sketching. Christianity is a big part of her life.

Jessie Chen

Having spent her formative years in Vancouver, Jessie currently works as a product designer in California. She loves rock climbing, spending time in nature, and telling jokes.

Dimitri Haillez

Dimitri grew up in Nantes, and is currently living in Montreal. He loves being self-sufficient, and is a big fan of summer cabbage. His motto in life is “Ok! We go.”

Director of Industry Relations

Dan Sloat

Dan is president of an electric aviation charging company and founder of a fellow nonprofit. He is passionate about human rights and public safety. Dan enjoys sailing with his wife in the Boston Harbor accompanied by their dog, Deacon.
